Set home background to red

Updated the home page container background class from bg-red-500 to bg-red-600 so the page background renders as a stronger red tone.

Validation

• ERB parse check: ruby -rerb -e "ERB.new(File.read('app/views/home/index.html.erb'))"
• Playwright verification: compared before (bg-red-500) vs after (bg-red-600) synthetic pages using repository Tailwind CSS and confirmed computed background changed from oklch(0.637 0.237 25.331) to oklch(0.577 0.245 27.325).
