…ayback controls on the LockScreen. Added a Playlist Service and Manager to simplify playing collections of media. Other minor updates.
Updated the demo app to use the new playlist service and manager.

Fixed the Lock Screen so it actually shows up correctly. Added a receiver to handle the lock screen controls
