@freeman-lab Finally got around to doing this. I think everything is in place, and there's a companion PR with minor updates for Thunder where needed. We should probably update the website / documentation to go along with this. |

Reorganizes codebase to remove
BoltArrayLocal. What was formerlyBoltArraySparkis now simplyBoltArray.
