fix: upgrade uic for tables alignment

The Grid issue from the ticket hasn't been reproduced

Description

Upgrades to latest UIC to acquire the table misalignment fix (UIC PR).

How Can This Be Tested/Reviewed?

Tables on the directory and detail pages on the public site should now appropriately be left aligned.
(Before and after)

Author Checklist:

• Reviewed considering accessibility
• Added tests covering the changes
• Made corresponding changes to the documentation
• Ran yarn generate:client and/or created a migration when required
