Cannot install bzip2

I cannot install bzip2.
I have tried just simply tipe the command bzip2. Did not work, but suggested to use 'sudo apt install bzip2'
I tried, and got error message 'Unmet dependencies'
I was suggested to run 'apt --fix-broken install', but it did not work, because of other errors.
What could I do?

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade -y
