Resolves gflags_shared linking error with the gluten-0530 branch's CMake fix that creates a symlink to the actual gflags shared library. Also brings in the new snapshotState API, Pulsar connector support, and VELOX4J_VELOX_SOURCE_DIR option for local Velox source builds.

Now barrier is alignment, unaligned barrier will be done in next version.
