Requirements for use

1. Visual Basic 6 SP 3 (Anyone who has a working VB6 program to convert should have this).
2. Visual Studio 2017 (or higher).
3. Microsoft Visual Basic Power Packs 3.0 (because I'd rather use a MS lib than write my own).
   • NOTE: Now included in the repo. If you would rather download from Microsoft, it is the recommended source. However, it is provided here to help those who have trouble finding it.
