Note: this targets the v3 branch.

A couple changes on here:

Drop shelljs in favor of google/zx (which fixes Fix npm deprecated warnings (v3 branch) #158)
Outputs final deploy url once finnished
Added --verbose flag
Some minor animation and text improvements
