Pipeline Stages

Default: cold → warm → hot → proposal → won → lost

Custom pipelines in .leadpipe/config.yaml.

Data

Everything lives in .leadpipe/:

• config.yaml — pipelines, scoring rules, settings
• leads.json — all your leads
• templates/ — message templates with {{variables}}
