Adds additional holopads scattered across the Intrepid and the Sovereign. What use is having a holopad in three places if you can't call your friends and tell them to pick up the holopad? Additionally changes were made to the Akira and Colombia however Git did not appreciate that, and was having issues so I just scrapped the additions on those two for now.

Adds: Additional holopads across the Intrepid and the Sovereign.

Holopads are a lovely staple of SS13, let's not see them only used on the bridge, and oddly enough, atmospherics?
Regardless i've seeked to rectify that. Now you can call your friends even if comms are down, just make sure they're the kind of person to pick up the phone and not loop a recording of them on the holopad saying "Ben is a Romulan Spy!"
