Folders tree compact view

This provides a new view type for module folders: "compact view".

It's available when folders tree elements are not more than UI.tree_compact_view_limit conf (100 as default). It means that if your database contains more than 100 (or UI.tree_compact_view_limit) folders, this view type is not available.

When available, you see a new button in folders sidebar (tree compact | vista ad albero [it]):

The module view allows you to see all the folders tree loaded, and its non folders contents loaded when clicking on folders.

Edit of folders and contents is managed in side panel.
