Align jterm3 with jterm1/2/4: rust-toolchain.toml now tracks stable
instead of pinning 1.97.0, and CI installs dtolnay/rust-toolchain@stable.

The old pin had already come apart. @stable is a branch ref, but a
version tag like @1.97.0 looks like an action version to dependabot,
which bumped it to @1.100.0 in #8 while every step was still labelled
"Install Rust 1.97.0 toolchain" -- CI's compiler and the channel in
rust-toolchain.toml had silently diverged. A branch ref cannot drift
that way.

Drop rust-version = "1.97" to match the rest of the family, which
declares no MSRV.
