Summary
Why
jterm3 already has a strong feature set, but several overlays use fixed dimensions and hard-coded dark surfaces. Common actions such as search navigation and file-tree refresh are keyboard-only or hidden, which increases discovery cost for new users.
Validation
The bootstrap commit formats the generated Rust changes. The repository CI will run rustfmt, Clippy, tests, and a release build on the final source commit.
