Remove hardcode and make more generic.  This also fixes
audio cape quality.
Added a new camera sensor driver support for Beaglebone Black Camera cape.
The sensor is Aptina's MT9M114.The camera cape which supports the camera sensor
MT9M114 is manufactured by VVDN Technologies Pvt.Ltd.The product details are

At first glance most of that is in the 3.8 tree. The one obvious that is not is the btrfs patches. Typically debian users do not run btrfs as due to a file sync decision in the design of dpkg, installing software ends up being unusable slow. I'll take a look at the rest tomorrow and confirm.
