Add required webhook type for Slack v2 action
The notification job now points to slackapi/slack-github-action@v2 but still uses the v1 inputs (payload + SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL env) without declaring the webhook type. In v2 the incoming webhook technique is a breaking change—the release notes call out that a webhook-type must be specified for incoming webhooks—so this step will fail validation before sending the message, causing the notify job to error and drop Slack alerts. Please add the required webhook-type (and associated v2 webhook input if needed) when using the new version.
