I didn't even know it was this simple to show an icon in the menu bar. This is a great idea! |

This PR adds more sensible default commands. In particular, it keeps
Cmd + Shift + Vto paste as plain text.It also improves the transcription UI by showing a more concise
microphone icon in the menu bar while recording.
