Installation
To be able to install this package, first you have to enable sideloading or developer mode
Settings → Updates & Security → For Developers → Enable Developer Mode
Here few details to understand what and where to use each package:
Download the x86 version, I haven't made x64 due to no demand for it
On desktop a certificate need to be installed,

No version available due to no demand for it
Download single package ends with W10M, it should be easy to install
The package has 1 extra file called Dependencies you have to install this first
then you can install the main package that ends with WP8.1
Here you have two cases:
- Surface with 8.1 OS
- Surface with Windows 10
the package that ends with surface designed for 8.1 (not 10) and not tested
if your surface has Windows 10, then just use W10M version
the package for W10M is universal ARM32 package (UWP) not only for W10M
but was marked like this so normal users can recognize it easily

If you know that your device support 30FPS only, and you saw ImMobile display FPS Drop message too much
this because it designed to check this based on 60 FPS, unless user capped this from the settings
go to the Render settings at ImMobile Settings then disabled Force 60 FPS
also enable Limit FPS to 30, avoid FPS Sleep unless you have very bad performance
Also as extra you can reduce the DPI scale, it can improve the speed and reduce GPU load
