What

Adds a Status link to the sidebar footer pointing at https://status.base.org.

It sits at the top of the footer group (above Support / Docs / Blog) and reuses the existing footerLink / footerIcon styling, with a stroke-based activity-pulse icon matching the other footer icons.

Why

The Base status page wasn't reachable from this app; the sidebar footer is where the other external Base destinations already live.

Testing

  • Ran the app locally (npm run dev) and drove it: the link renders in the footer, and clicking it opens https://status.base.org/ ("Base Status") in a new tab.
  • npm run typecheck clean; npm test 21/21 passing.

Links out to https://status.base.org from the sidebar footer group,
above Support/Docs/Blog, using the existing footerLink/footerIcon
styling.
