Adds a Status link to the sidebar footer pointing at https://status.base.org.
It sits at the top of the footer group (above Support / Docs / Blog) and reuses the existing
footerLink/footerIconstyling, with a stroke-based activity-pulse icon matching the other footer icons.Why
The Base status page wasn't reachable from this app; the sidebar footer is where the other external Base destinations already live.
Testing
