The Plot_2D() function didn't account for negative differences in an image, for example, if a value has been given to a pixel which previously was 0.
I've changed it so that it can account for these possibly negative difference values when plotting. If you'd like to use this, add the attribute c.plot_negative = True in your config file. If you don't change anything in the config file, it will work as previously.
