Pull Request Overview
This PR refactors the GoReleaser configuration to improve the build system for the finality-provider project by expanding cross-platform support and adding new binary types.
- Added comprehensive cross-platform builds for Linux (amd64/arm64) and Darwin (amd64/arm64) architectures
