Adds the logged in authors gravatar to the admin page head

Installation

1. Upload the author_gravatar folder in this archive to your Symphony extensions folder.
2. Enable it the usual way.

ToDo's

1. Maybe add context menu to the gravatar for profile management -> maybe even put the Log Out menu item in there as well
