Fixing lua filter references in Readme. Lua script reference was moved to end of Readme but it still had reference on the top instead of Nest filter #12

Add Nest filter instead of lua script lift namespaces up under the same key and add_prefix to set custom topic_key with logs_ prefix
Fixed prefix type in topic name , it will be namespace_name not namespaces_name. Tested
