Adds clientMetadata for new Cognito Request models (#1984)

Adds clientMetadata as an optional parameter for AWSMobileClient and CognitoUser methods related to the following Cognito Request models:

InitiateAuthRequest
ResendConfirmationCodeRequest
RespondToAuthChallengeRequest
UpdateUserAttributesRequest
GetUserAttributeVerificationCodeRequest
