憲法に無償と書いてしまうのは、その国が資本主義を採用するという前提を持ってしまうことにならないのかな。極端な話、法律によって大学を義務教育とすると、大学での教育は無償となる。

この書き方だと、日本国民の総意が、天皇は天皇ではない、というものであった場合に天皇が天皇でなくなってしまう

国の成長は経済活動以外でも行えると思うが、あえて日本が国を成長させる方法を経済活動に限定する必要はない
