This pull request introduces a new feature in the Medica app that allows users to schedule a chat room and invite a doctor to join for a messaging conversation.

Key Features:

• Chat Room Scheduling: Users can schedule a chat room by selecting a date and time. This creates a new chat room instance in the app.

• Doctor Invitation: When a user schedules a chat room, they can invite a doctor to join the conversation. The doctor receives a notification and can join the chat room at the scheduled time.

• Messaging: Once the doctor joins the chat room, the user and the doctor can engage in a messaging conversation within the scheduled chat room.
