The ATK Framework is licensed according to the terms of the GNU LGPL v3, including PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and images. A copy of the license is included with ATK (doc/LICENSE). Any modifications to ATK must be licensed according to the same terms (GNU LGPL v3), or according to the GNU GPL.
The ATK Framework includes works distributed according to the terms of the GNU LGPL v3 or compatible license. These works are listed in doc/COPYRIGHT.
ATK is copyright by its original author, as listed in the git commit log. The ATK project does not use a Contributor Licence Agreement (CLA) or a Copyright Assignment Agreement (CAA).
When you submit a file to the GitHub phpatkframework/atk repository (or a change to an existing file), you are acknowledging you have the legal right to do so, and are providing the file or change according to the terms of the GNU LGPL v3.
