適用範圍が思う程廣くないかもしれない。例えば
examples/popping_widget.pyのignore_touch_downをこれに入れ替えるとボタンを押した後にボタンの色が戻らなくなる。(on_touch_upを遮っているのでこれは正しい振る舞い。)
