Implementing a simpler version of my floating toolbar for rmhacks support(Works with Split docs!)
Currently, Presets and Layers menu have been removed
Adding/Removing tools is done by a press-and-hold on the toolbar icon corresponding to the tool(Pen, Eraser, Selection, Undo/Redo)
The icon used to move around the floating toolbar inverts colour when it's currently in focus with the split doc
Mono mode while movement is currently not present(will investigate later)
Undo/Redo can't be moved in the options, only added or removed(by pressing and holding the icon). Rest of the tools can be moved as usual
