Fixed readme - part about events because it was outdated.

I just saw a commit log failure to go through. You'll want to make the commit message something like "docs: fix broken event methods" or commit lit won't pass. You can force push over it, or just delete this PR and create a new one. Just know that your commit messages will actually show up in the change log on the next release
