What does this PR do?

This PR adds the Arknights VNS Offline 2025 Event page, including the dreaded image gallery.

Yes, I am owning up to my suggestion that the image gallery should be move here. As a reminder, I felt like it's a good day to do all of this myself.

Also, unless otherwise stated, no code in here should come from AI.
