feat: AI Factory Workflow and Documentation

This PR introduces the foundational architecture and governance for the AI Software Factory:

• Factory Event Bus: Implemented autonomous multi-agent communication via `FactoryOrchestrator` and `MessengerService`.
• Unstoppable Execution Loop: Enforced a continuous execution protocol where the team autonomously resolves pipeline failures (ESLint, Jest coverage) without pausing for manual approval.
• Strict 4+1 Architecture: Completely overhauled the architectural documentation to strictly follow the 4+1 View Model, backed by explicit interface contracts.
• Exhaustive Quality Gates: Introduced comprehensive test plans for all 10 core features and enforced strict peer-review gates across all agent roles.
• Documentation: Translated all global agent rules and job descriptions (`.agents/*`) into English to standardize the ecosystem.
