Update the shared spinout footer's funder row from two logos to three: Simons Foundation, Simons Foundation International (new), Schmidt Sciences, in that order of support. Each logo is now a link to the funder's own site (new tab, rel="noopener noreferrer") with a visible keyboard-focus outline and a link-blue border on hover. Row height 40px -> 48px so the text-dense three-line SFI lockup stays legible alongside the other two wordmarks. The white card is defined once on .ds-funder-link (an inline-flex wrapper), so it is identical whether the logo is content-sized (desktop) or fixed-width. Below 720px the cards take a uniform 220px width and the logo shrinks to 44px, so the wrapped logos align into a tidy centred column (phones) / even row (tablets) instead of a ragged stack of differently-sized boxes. The new asset lives only here (static/images/funders/simons-foundation-international.png); browse and auth inherit it via base/footer.html + base.static with no per-app edit. shared-chrome.md refreshed to document the three-logo markup and the single base-static consumption approach for vendored consumers.
