…idance This adds a section to the PR template asking "Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?" to align with the ASF Generative Tooling Guidance: https://www.apache.org/legal/generative-tooling.html This was created based on the Spark template with minor adjustments to ensure the formatting matches the previous two sections: https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/master/.github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE Co-authored-by: zero323 <1554276+zero323@users.noreply.github.com>
