What problem does this PR solve?

This pull request updates the build script to change the source location for copying BE binaries. Instead of copying specific BE shell scripts from the old location, it now copies all files from the new BE output directory, which helps ensure all necessary binaries are included.

Build script update:

• Changed the source path for copying BE binaries in build.sh from bin/*_be.sh to be/output/bin/*, ensuring all BE binaries are copied instead of just specific shell scripts.
