The doc validation failure comes from Camel issue, https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-22764
(as soon as is fixed, the validation should be ok)

I added a second commit (to be reverted on camel-main) which solves https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-22764 with doc generation override

You'll need to add the skip-testcontainers-tests profile to the itest module.
