What's Changed
ArrowFlight has been moved to Sources/ArrowFlight
ArrowFlightTests has been moved to Tests/ArrowFlight
ArrowFlight/Package.swift has been deleted.
build.sh and lint config have been updated to reflect this structure.
Closes #78.
