PR #1050 adds version fields to 27 plugins but missed these 3. Without a version field,
calculatePluginVersionreturns"unknown", causing plugins to be cached at.../unknown/and never refreshed when content updates.Changes
Each plugin.json gets a
"version": "1.0.0"field inserted after"name", matching the convention used in #1050 and all other versioned plugins.Test plan
