The reusable build and deploy workflows for docs should not be on the stable branches.

Is this something we will have to delete for every new branch in the future? |
Yes, but it's documented in the maintainers guide: https://github.com/ansible/ansible-documentation/blob/devel/MAINTAINERS.md#removing-devel-only-tooling ...which I need to update |
