Documentation rework

We need to change some pages / do QR on our documentation

Following things are relevant:

• https://github.com/angular-translate/angular-translate/issues/791
• Document handling of wildcards for language mappings
• translate-cloak documentation
• mentioning ngCookie (see #274 comments)

Then on the documentation we have these problems

• Index-Page http://angular-translate.github.io/ GET https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jhipster/jhipster.github.io/master/images/logo_jhipster.png 404 (Not Found)
• http://angular-translate.github.io/docs/#/guide
  • Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fn' of undefined
  • GET http://rawgit.com/SlexAxton/messageformat.js/master/locale/fr.js -> 404 (and de.js)
