If you need to report an issue or escalate a concern:

• Foundation-wide Issues: Direct issues to [email protected]. The Commonhaus Foundation Council (CFC) will review and follow established procedures for handling reports.

• Escalations: For escalating unresolved issues, email [email protected]. These will be reviewed by the Code of Conduct Panel (COCP), following the foundation's escalation procedures.
