New version per request of @oreinert in #197.
The major version has been bumped because of a breaking change.
Notable changes:
- Breaking: Removed
./bin/homeshick.csh (moved to ./homeshick.csh)
- Speed up refresh operation by reducing exec calls (thanks to @kruton)
- Fix some path quoting issues
