Updates Browser Unified SDK and Guides and Surveys SDK documentation to reflect new engagement plugin support from PR #1307. Adds critical dashboard enablement requirement explaining that Guides and Surveys must be enabled in project settings before the full bundle loads. The engagement plugin is a thin loader that only downloads the complete Guides and Surveys SDK when enabled via remote config in the dashboard.
