改动

将通知分裂按钮主区域文案从“推迟 1 小时”缩短为“推迟1h”。
同步控件文本与 QStyleOptionToolButton 绘制路径断言。
README 与项目锚点仅同步实际按钮名称。

保持不变

主区域点击仍默认推迟 1 小时。
箭头菜单、提示文案、调度与存储逻辑不变。
本次属于微文案调整，版本仍为 v2.1.2。

验证

✅ python -m compileall todo_app
✅ git diff --check
✅ GitHub Actions run chore: 更新版本信息与默认尺寸 #21：编译检查通过，完整测试 Ran 78 tests ... OK
