서버 이중화를 위해서 EC2에서 Redis를 분리하려고 한다.
AWS의 Elastic Cache와 Redis Cloud 중 Elastic Cache를 사용한다 - 프리티어 내에서 사용 가능
Redis OSS와 Valkey 중 더 저렴한 하고 성능이 좋은 Valkey를 사용하려고 한다.
Free Tier에서 제공하는 수준에서 사용하기 위해 다음과 같이 설정한다.
