Pull Request Overview
This PR removes the entire ApiGen template system and prepares for its replacement with Doctum. The change completely removes all ApiGen 2.8.0 templates, resources, and configuration files to make way for a new documentation generation system.
- Removes complete ApiGen template system including all Latte templates, JavaScript libraries, and CSS resources
- Eliminates ApiGen-specific configuration and structure files
- Clears the way for implementing Doctum as the new documentation generator
