This PR includes the following changes:

  • Update scala compiler versions to work with JVM 23
  • Migrates the code to compile on scala 2.13 and 3.5
  • Add scalafix which I used to help with the 2.13 update
  • Update all the deps (some had security issues in the currently pinned versions)

I also noticed that the updates swapped the order of the figures returned in test("Figures should all be extracted"). Is this fine?
