Crash on startup

Hi,

I had the same problem as in another thread (very slow voice) - I am using Komplete Audio 6 USB soundcard for all sounds, and an ISY USB headset for teamsquawk.

Now, teamsquawk isnt even starting anymore. Any advice on what to do? I am attaching the logfile.

Hi all,

same problem : Teamsquawk is systematically crashing when I try to run it. I attach the log file.
Do you have any idea about this problem ?
teamsquawk was running fine until two days ago. I had no system update since two weeks, so I don't understand this issue.

I had TeamSquawk running on my 2012 Mac Mini, but just upgraded to 2018 Mac Mini with Mohave 10.14.1 and TeamSquawk is bombing with uncaught exception:

BUT, it launches just fine for a different login that does not have X-Plane installed.

Hi, at least here I was able to reproduce the issue pretty consistently. If you change the audio device in the settings and the next run that device is not connected, the app crashes (regardless if it is a USB or other type of headset). If the same device is connected back again, the app starts just fine. To prevent this to happen I now switch back to the OSX standard input/audio devices every time before closing the app so I'm sure next time I will run it, it will start, regardless if the audio device is attached or not.
A potential workaround could be to save the prefs when everything is working fine with default audio and if it crashes, replace the original configuration file in case one got stuck but I couldn't find where in the filesystem this file is saved.
I guess #3 and #7 are related as well
