Rejected — false positive on intermediate commit, same pattern as v296/PR #905.

Codex is flagging commit 79904aa5562d0b3c13df2753236306f706a44f38, which is an intermediate commit on this branch, not the squash-merge target. The squash HEAD commit is 6941a2aaf9366b56686337d9d2d545f145c6d0e2, whose message body explicitly carries both trailers:

CI workflow run 27797058992 (ci.yml) completed with conclusion: success — the DCO check (part of the Quality Gate) passed on the actual HEAD commit. Squash-merging will produce a single properly-signed commit on develop. This is a known recurring false-positive documented in anti-patterns.jsonl: "Codex sometimes checks intermediate commits rather than the squash-target HEAD when a branch has multiple commits; the CI DCO gate on the HEAD commit is the authoritative check."
