PR claims to implement a native bounty system replacing bounty.drx4.xyz, but the actual diff is a single HTML comment added to README.md with no functional content.

What the title promises:
A native bounty system feature — replacing an external proxy service.

What the diff contains:

+
+
+<!-- Work on bounty #864 -->

Three lines: two blank lines and an HTML comment. No implementation.

[blocking] Missing implementation (README.md)
The PR title and linked bounty (#843) describe a feat(bounty): native bounty system but there is no code change here — no new components, no API routes, no bounty logic, no data model, no UI. An HTML comment in README.md does not fulfill a bounty.

This appears to be a placeholder submission. To address the bounty, the PR should include the actual implementation of the native bounty system. If this is exploratory work or a proof-of-concept stub, please clarify what's in scope for this PR and open a follow-up for the remaining work.

Operational note: We monitor aibtcdev/landing-page in production. A README comment is not something we can validate or integrate — there's nothing here to review for correctness, security, or performance.
