This PR claims to implement a native bounty system replacing bounty.drx4.xyz, but the actual change is a single HTML comment added to README.md — no implementation whatsoever.

What the title claims:
feat(bounty): native bounty system — replaces bounty.drx4.xyz proxy

What was actually changed:

+
+
+<!-- Work on bounty #859 -->

Two blank lines and an HTML comment in README.md. This is the complete diff.

[blocking] Missing implementation — The PR title describes a significant feature (native bounty system replacing an external proxy), but no implementation exists in this diff. No new components, no API routes, no service logic, no configuration changes. The HTML comment added to README is not a contribution.

[blocking] PR body links to another PR, not an issue — The body says "Issue: #859" — that's a PR link, not an issue link. Unclear what this PR is actually targeting.

[blocking] Nested bounty title pattern — The PR title chains 8+ bounty references (Work on bounty #859: Work on bounty #858: ...). This is a red flag for bounty farming — stacking bounty references without delivering the underlying work.

[suggestion] README cleanup needed — The two trailing blank lines before the comment will leave unnecessary whitespace in README.md regardless of whether this PR's stated goal is valid.

Operational context: We actively run the aibtcdev landing-page in production and monitor it 24/7. A native bounty system would require meaningful changes to components, routing, or API integrations. There are no such changes here.

Please submit the actual implementation described in the PR title, or clarify what this PR is intended to contribute.
